What Are The Disinfection Methods For Melamine Tableware?

Common sterilization methods for melamine tableware are:

Chemical sterilization requirements for melamine tableware:

The concentration of disinfection using tableware disinfectant must reach the concentration specified in the product manual;

Place the tableware in the disinfectant solution and soak it for 10 to 15 minutes. The tableware cannot expose the surface of the disinfectant solution.

After disinfecting the tableware, use running water to remove the residual disinfectant on the surface of the tableware to remove the odor. When using chemical disinfection, the disinfectant should be updated at any time, and should not be used repeatedly for a long time.

Dishwasher: Use a dishwasher to sterilize the dishes.

Melamine tableware should pay attention to the following issues:

1. The tableware should be placed on the washing rack in accordance with the set requirements and should not be stacked randomly, so as not to affect the effect of washing and disinfection;

2. The working water temperature of the dishwasher is controlled at about 80 ° C;

3. Washing and disinfecting solutions should be prepared temporarily and replaced at any time;

4. After washing, check the effect of washing and disinfecting the tableware. If the sanitary requirements are not met, wash and disinfect again. The dishwasher should be overhauled regularly to keep it in normal working condition.
